Llewelyn Davies was appointed by UCLHC to repair, refurbish and modernise 9 Grade II listed houses in Huntley Street, that had been converted over 40 years before into 29 apartments. Huntley Street is aligned on a north-south orientation and is located between Gower Street and Tottenham Court Road in the Bloomsbury Conservation Area within Fitzrovia in the London Borough of Camden.

The apartments have all been modernised to the highest standards for letting to students from University College London and consultants at University College London Hospital.
