Gingerbread City is back, and we are delighted to share Llewelyn Davies entry for this year’s theme ‘Recycled City’ and our culinary transformation of Bedford Passage.

With this year’s theme we wanted to express two messages: refurbishment being the future of architecture, and celebrating the festivity in the face of so many challenges.

The piece really oozes Christmas cheer which is reflected by the countless hours the team used in their own time bonding while making the piece.
