Defined as an ‘Opportunity Site’ in the Fitzrovia Area Action Plan (FAAP), prepared by the London Borough of Camden, Llewelyn Davies was appointed by UCLHC to redevelop the existing property, Arthur Stanley House in Tottenham Street, London W1P, into a mixed-use development of residential apartments to include affordable housing as required by policy, commercial offices at ground, basement levels and levels 1-7 and improve/enhance the character of the property within the Charlotte Street Conservation Area.
