Llewelyn Davies was appointed in April 2012 to provide architectural design and planning consultancy services to redevelop an existing site in Leyton housing an old disused cinema, approximately 6 storeys’ high,used for a children’s nursery with a play area and a car park for hire vehicles.

Our mixed-use proposal promotes the demolition of the existing facilities and the construction of 86 residential units between 4 and 8 storey’s with existing nursery and existing shops replaced with new nursery, new commercial retail units and residential flats.
