Llewelyn Davies appointed for ‘Our Hospital, Jersey’

Llewelyn Davies is delighted to be appointed Lead Architect for the design of the new ‘Our Hospital’ project in Jersey, in the Channel Islands. As a core team member of ROK FCC JV, the delivery partner appointed by the Government of Jersey to design and construct the £550m development, Llewelyn Davies has recently completed key technical assessments to help inform the site selection and evaluation process.
On 17th November 2020, the proposition for Overdale as the preferred development site was approved by Jersey’s States Assembly. Work will now progress towards the target date for the opening of the hospital in 2026. Morris Architects, a Jersey-based architectural practice, will work with Llewelyn Davies providing local knowledge and expertise throughout the design process. The development represents one of the largest public projects ever undertaken in Jersey.
