New Healthcare Facilities (NHF), Jersey

Llewelyn Davies has completed the Feasibility Study for the NHF project on behalf of the Government of Jersey (GoJ). Leading a team of other consultants, including MJ Medical, LDA, Temple, MS Planning, Urban Counsel and Morris Architects, and working closely with Arup, the study concludes a review of options for delivering a full range of healthcare services in Jersey, replacing the approach previously pursued under the Our Hospital Project (OHP), for which Llewelyn Davies led as architects to successfully deliver a detailed planning permission in 2022. The revised GoJ project brief seeks to accommodate the Island’s healthcare services across a number of sites, to deliver a more appropriate and affordable proposal, rather than the single site option which defined the previous OHP scheme.
