Duchess House, in the Bloomsbury Conservation Area, Fitzrovia, comprises a refurbished and vertically extended Art Deco period property of residential apartments with commercial accommodation at ground floor and basement.
About the project
Llewelyn Davies was afforded the opportunity to redesign the previously inefficient layout of flats and provide eleven luxurious apartments, a two-bedroom duplex, independently accessed from Grafton Mews and a stunning three-bedroom penthouse with a large south-facing terrace. Contemporary interior finishes were used throughout the development to enhance the quality of the internal spaces.
