Llewelyn Davies was appointed to provide architectural design and planning consultancy services to redevelop an existing site in Leyton housing an old disused cinema, approximately six storeys’ high, used for a children’s nursery with a play area and a car park for hire vehicles.
About the project
Our mixed-use proposal promotes the demolition of the existing facilities and the construction of 86 residential units between four and eight storeys with existing nursery and existing shops replaced with new nursery, new commercial retail units and residential flats.
