Llewelyn Davies has been appointed as Client Advisors for a 3500-bed medical complex, including several centres of excellence supported by an Education & Research area, housing and amenities over an 843 ha site. Scheduled to be built in Riyadh over 4 phases from 2011. LD’s role is to work closely with the General Directorate of Military Works (GDMW), providing professional support on all clinical and masterplanning issues.
About the project
- The use of two mono rails within the campus for both staff and public/patent movement reduces the environmental impact of the scheme and reduces Saudi’s reliance on the car as the only means of transport.
- Assisted in the development of the schematic masterplan
