Llewelyn Davies was appointed by Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC) to submit a vision for the development of an ecological master plan and a new airport terminal, complete with ancillary support facilities at Seychelles International Airport on the Island of Mahe.

About the project

The airport master plan and the proposed built forms will incorporate a number of innovative, green features and passive energy strategies, which include eco cells, green walls, sun shading and dye-solar panels. The new airport facilities are planned to meet the growing passenger demand and our concept proposal presents a phased approach that can be implemented in stages to suit the future growth demand of the region.
