The Presidential Tower, in Bengaluru, is a 50-storey building of three and four-bedroom residential apartments which offer breathtaking views over the city. Exclusive five bedroom ‘sky’ villas occupy the top four floors, and the top floors have a ‘sky’ park with an infinity pool, fitness centre and helipad.
About the project
Llewelyn Davies was appointed to consult the local architect and redesign the entire envelope without affecting the floor plans previously agreed with the local planning authority.
