Organised by Architects for Health and SALUS Global Knowledge Exchange, the congress adopts a whole system approach to redesigning European health systems and services through the exchange of knowledge, research and international best practice on the relationship between health system and service design, technology and the built environment. One of the themes of the conference is ‘Empowering Patients: Transforming the Health Economy by Design’.
